Customers may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled service time.
If the cancellation is made at least 1 hour before the service time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of up to [Insert Amount or %] may apply to compensate the service provider.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary suspension of the account.
Service providers are expected to honor all confirmed bookings.

If a customer is not available at the service location within 15 minutes of the provider’s arrival, the booking may be marked as a "No Show" and a cancellation fee may be charged.
